Tags cut from Chipboard
On black surface
(cardstock or Distress paint black on chipboard etc.) stamp
images with Distress Emboss and clear emboss to get a nice
raised and clear surface.
Apply light colored paint (Victorian Velvet, Weathered Wood,
Antique Linen) in a pouncing way, then pounce to blend with a
foam tool. Allow to semi dry and then with a damp piece of
cloth, very gently wipe paint of embossed areas. And wipe a bit
on the edges for a distress look.
