Tim Holtz - Creative Chemistry 102 class - Tag Box

Created: October 14, 2013
Modified:

I decided to take Tim's On Line class again - Chemistry 102. And now I needed a box...

So I guess the logical thing to do to hold all my tags is to make a box... BIG GRIN

I used Foam Core for the main structure and then covered  it with recycle cardboard from some crackers, covered with the aluminum foil embossed with Clockworks folder, painted with Distress paint Black Soot, semi dried, and then the paint smeared and wiped off with a paper towel.

And I used my 2 favorite techniques from this class, the Industrial look and the faux rust which I enhanced with some doodling done with a pointed pen nib and Copic Opaque white ink mixed with water.

The words Creative & 102 were from misc die cut letters I had in my stash, just mixed and matched...

The word Chemistry, I hand lettered with the bullet tip of a Zig Writer, scanned it and then cut with my electronic cutter.
