Sample 27:

A ghost print after one of the pullings between sample 21 & sample 25A. Dirty brayer on Gelli plate and pulled again a couple times.

Sample 28:

One of the pullings with gel medium and colored with Distress Stains “Mustard Seed”, “Broken China” & “Picked Raspberry”

A- Brayer the Styrofoam stamp with Folkart Metallic Black paint. Stamp on to Gelli plate.
Use sticky backed stamps or chipboard sticker letters and stick on to a piece of fun foam to make your word. Cut away excess fun foam.
Stamp (no ink) onto Gelli plate (remember that when you’re printing it will be in the reverse position that you are stamping now.)
Pull a print. (no sample)

B) Brayer Artist’s Loft Turquoise (heavy body) paint on to Gelli plate, stamp word and pull the print “A”.

C) Brayer Artist’s Loft Silver (heavy body) paint on to dirty Gelli plate. Use above pulled print “B” and print the 3rd layer.

D) Clean Gelli plate. Brayer Gelli plate with the black using the dirty blue brayer. Stamp word. Pull a print.

The progression:
E) This print has about 5 pulled prints. Starting with “A”, adding a layer of the turquoise, a layer of the silver, a layer of Deco Art Metallic Emperor’s Gold & Folk Art Metallic Copper dropped directly on Gelli plate and mixed with the brayer. The Styrofoam plate inked up again with black and stamped on to Gelli plate, Word stamped and pulled the print again. Used a black Bic mark it pen to outline the word.
