Journal to hold all the pulled print samples with some space for a few more...

Both outside and inside covers are made from chipoard and covered with gelli "rejects".

There are actually no rejects in gelli printing... Any print can be pulled again with new colors, opaque colors etc and will give you a whole new look at that "reject"

The cover paper was a Gel Medium print and then ghost prints pulled on text weight paper. It was on the pale side. BHut for the cover and then the electronically cut words, became a great background.

The words were first written with a bullet tipped black marker, scanned and then uiploaded into my Sure Cuts a Lot software and then cut with my Silhouette from 65# white cardstock. I colored the letters with Tombows and put Glossy Accents on the black parts and Quickie Glue Pen on the colored parts and Glitter Ritz micro fine glitter clear.

Words: no no no gelli not jello

Inside Cover

I used "gross" prints, tore them up and collaged them to the cover. They were still gross after collaging...

Then I cut down glued another one of those Gel Medium prints that went wrong making the ugly stuff as a frame. That worked and looks good.

Stamped the sentiment (Quietfire Design) with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

All the samples have these black corners.

I punched the  design using an EK Success "Interlaced" corner punch from black cardstock, then centered that punched element in the McGill Stacking Series Small Label (1.5").

All the samples are removable if I want and only held down by the punched corners.

I printed the instructions, color choices etc on text paper and cut out for each sample.

This becomes a beautiful reference and mind jogging journal.

Inside Back Cover

This is made from 3 separate prints, all of which were not so great... but OK when put all together.

Back Cover

Again as separate elements, these papers weren't so great. lacklustre...  but I really like it put together.

The journal is put together with a Zutter 1.25" coil
