I had another spurt of watercoloring flowers... 

I came a cross a blue peony "Rare Chinese Blue Peony" which is a bonsai type of perennial planted from seeds.

Found the image of the peony online and printed it out on Canson Biggie cp w/c paper.

I used Winsor and Newton water colors to paint my flower.

Wrote my text using a Zebra G nib with Holbein "Opera" gouache in a funky monoline style.

Adhered to a white cardstock card.

On the inside:

Wrote out the words with the 6.0 and 2.4 Parallel pen and Sumi ink.
