And here is the 2nd male card I needed to make - for my cousin who loves just about any of the funky wrist watches.

I'm using one of the 10 tiny sentiment stamps from Quietfire Design

I started off by spraying my white cardstockwith water then dye inks (Ranger's Dylusions), misted more water, tilted etc, dried it, sprayed a bit more and dried it. Then used the Crafters Workshop gears 12 x 12 stencil and smeared Rheotech gesso over part of the background. Dried that and sponged Distress Frayed Burlap over the gesso area. Then ran the piece through with the Couture Creations "Workshop" embossing folder and hit the high points with Walnut Stain. Trimmed my background down to fit my card and edged the piece with black.

Adhered the ribbon tape to mimic the watch band.

Die cut the clock (Sizzix Tim's Tattered Clock) from grungepaper and painted with black acrylic paint, dried, then added Perfect Medium and embossed with Judi Kins "Rustic Antique Iron" embossing powder. Painted the drop out piece with "School Bus Yellow" acrylic paint, dried and drew in the smilie face with a Zig Writer. The clock hands, inked up with Versafine Satin Red and embossed with a red embossing powder. Attached the clock to background with a screw head brad. Adjusted the hands to 5 past 5 (he's going to be 55). Adhered the background to the main cream toned card.

Die cut some letters (Sizzix Tim's "Word Play" alphabet) from scraps of decorated papers, adhered to card and added Glossy Accents to them.

Stamped the Happy Birthday with Versafine Black Onyx. Wrote in my words at the top with a Zig Writer "It's that time again"
