I saw these petals online and liked the look, so went about trying to replicate them - one thing led to another and this card transpired... I'm happy with the results.

I'm using one of the latest sentiment stamps from Quietfire Design

I embossed the floral background onto cream toned cardstock (Spellbinders MBossibilities "Whimsy), hit the high points with Distress Worn Lipstick, just lightly to keep it a pinky color.

The large flower was assembled, then a ring of puff fabric glittery hearts, topped with a pink button. Then I made smaller petals for the two bud like flowers, adding a circle of glittery paper. After the flowers were adhered to card, I added Stickles Picket Fence onto the paper ribs, as well as various white half pearls.

Stamped the sentiment with Versafine Black Onyx onto white cardstock, punched out with a McGill Stacking punch series and sponged the edges with Crushed Olive. Adhered to card, adhering little tied knots at the corners.

Layered this onto an olive green cardstock, then flush onto my main white card.
