One of the challenges this week asked for a single layer card - love doing those - they stretch the imagination to get depth...

I'm using one of the newest Garden Delights stamps from Quietfire Design

I created a mask of the magnolia blossom using my electronic cutter, then adhered it to my oval die cut and sponged various Distress colors to get the rich dusty rose type color (Antique Linen, Worn Lipstick, Broken China & Barn Door).

Removed the mask and stamped the magnolia blossom (Flourishes #SS190) and the "take care" with Versafine Black Onyx. Colored them blossoms with Prisma colored pencils. Put the blossom mask back on and stamped the Garden Delights with the black.

Randomly embossed around with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder and a rubber mallet. Masked the oval and blossoms again and sprayed with Perfect Pearls "Perfect Pearls" mist.

Used an awl to pierce holes around the oval to sew my cream toned silk ribbon over the iron on gold ribbon.

Used a quickie Glue Pen on the bees and black Ritz Micro Fine glitter.

Added the gold Peel Off lines and the pink toned half pearls in 3 sizes.

In this view you can really see the Perfect Pearls mist.
