And this is another card I created from stuff I did with my friend in our fabulous play day doing beeswax and melted crayon art... This one is beeswax and paper napkins.

I'm using one of the newest sentiment stamps from Quietfire Design

I tore up this fabulous coffee inspired napkin and reassembled it using beeswax and a hot iron onto 67# white cardstock. Trimmed it down and layered it onto a textured pumpkin colored cardstock, then onto my main light blue card.

Made a ribbon bow and adhered it to card. I thought this ribbon was really cool  when I saw it made of a cotton thread, stamped with the coffee beans and the word Coffee. Couldn't resist buying it.

I first tried stamping the sentiment using Versafine Black Onyx on the card itself, but it didn't show up enough for my liking, so stamped it onto tracing paper, clear embossed it, traced around the cups and cut it out. Then adhered it with the beeswax. You can't tell I did that except in the downward flourish tail.

I had used a dark brown melted crayon to give texture to the bean area, but didn't like it that much. Had in the back of my mind to use real beans, so that's what I did, almost encapsulating them in beeswax. Love the look of it.
