Continuing on with my self imposed challenge of only using my scraps - giving myself till the end of March to see how it goes... this card was also made only with scraps.

I'm using one of the 10 tiny sentiments from Quietfire Design

I'm also using the 3 gadgets I got the other day from Purple Cow - Trim It, Wire It & Pin It.

Used the Wire It with the 16 gauge aluminum wire that comes with the gadget and formed two of the patterns. I hammered the wire flat - love flat wire... then linked the two patterns together and hammered at the intersections. Adhered the blue striped piece to the Kraft cardstock, then attached the wire to it with the Butterflies from the Pin It set.

Punched some Sakura blossoms from two sizes of punches, formed them in the palm of my hand with a large balled stylus, then adhered the smaller to the larger one in the center. Coiled some blue quilling strips for the centers. Adhered the flowers to the card. Found it a little bare so stamped the leaves (Rubber Stamp Tapestry "Violet Border" set) with Versafine Olympian Green. Adhered the various layers to the main Lilac card.

Stamped the sentiment with Versafine Majestic Blue, adhered to the blue cardstock then to the card.
