Lynn Slevinsky Class - "Letters Happy Birthday Card"

Size: 7"w x 5"h

This is a fabulous way to use up those smaller pieces of cardstock. We started off with 2 pieces of 6"w x 5" h double sided scrapbook cardstock and a smaller piece approx 4"w x 5" h. The smaller piece was folded in half and trimmed in a curve configuration and the two larger pieces were glued to it at about 1" in from the edge. The large letters were a pre bought sheet and cut in sections while still keeping the forms of the letters. When it was glued to the card, we then lightly sanded it. The circular dots were punched from scraps and attached with foam tape. The "happy birthday" was done on a piece of white cardstock and glued tot he card and then the metal label holder attached with brads. The inside of the card was sewn to the spine with several layers of regular black thread and the more punched circles were double glued to the ends. I added some beads from the previous project. A few more circles were added to the insert page.
