| Cover for Charmaine S: I used
Strathmore 140lb CP watercolor paper. I put a layer of Rheotech white
gesso and while wet, I applied Golden's Quinacridone Magenta & Green
Gold, using the container openings as paint dispensers I gently tried to
squeezed out some paint. I then lightly misted all over with Moon Glows
"Golden Doubloons" & "Burnished Brass" and
sprinkled some copper glitter onto some of the wet areas. I let everything
dry. Then used applicator from Dr Martin's Iridescent "Crystal
Mint" to paint/write my name. When dry I outlined it with a Zig black
marker. I used a brush and the same green ink to write the rest of the
words and shadow outlined them with the black marker.
Again it's hard to see the iridescence and glitter in a photo image. |
