Butterfly Thoughts
Butterfly Thoughts Detail |
ID: Pan Pastels "Butterfly
Thoughts"
Created: June 16, 2008 I rubber stamped the butterfly image (Artful Stamper #CM180S) onto a cream toned folio paper from Columbia Mills using a black pigment based stamp pad and Hematite embossing powder (like a black). I then used the Sofft tool #3 to color in the butterfly and leaves using (Orange, Turquoise & Violet for the butterfly) and not cleaning off my tool for the leaves using (Bright Yellow Green Shade & Phthalo Green). I used a rotary deckled cutter to trim the paper down to size then colored the edges of the paper with the Orange & a touch of the Phthalo. Used my Scor-it tool on a purple cardstock to make an embossed edge to frame my design. Added one of my calligraphic Peel Offs under the label of Elizabeth Craft Design. I also used Krylon Workable Fixative to set my pastels. |
