I painted some HP watercolor paper with pale yellow blocks. Rubber stamped a flower and gold embossed it. I used a decorative edger to cut out my rectangles and highlighted the edges with a silver metallic brush pen. The words in the smaller rectangle "Happy Birthday" are done in a funky style with silver gel pen. The rectangles were mounted  onto a piece of charcoal pearlescent paper, then onto a creamy yellow cardstock.
