I used  a really vibrant turquoise cardstock. I took a piece of holograph paper and covered it with various colors of Luna Lights, then using a hand made scraper, created the circular patterns. I added a gold leafed rectangle in the center and added a cut out rubber stamped/embossed heart. I added metallic fibers with alphabet beads and hand lettered punched out shapes to spell the words "Happy Birthday"
