I used a white glossy paper for the decorated shaving cream technique and various colors of dye re-inkers in blues, yellows, red and green. (I can say my workroom smelled fantastic when I was finished). I cut down the larger paper the size of the card and a smaller one for the inset. I mounted both onto green cardstock. I rubber stamped the Asian word for Happy Birthday and embossed it with malachite green embossing powder then outlined it with a black pen. I added a confetti "Happy Birthday" on the bottom of the card.
