I used my Cricut to cut out the scalloped circle from some cream toned textured cardstock and the words "Happy Birthday from some deep purple cardstock which I then ran through my Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots embossing folder. I then used my EK Success Orbis circle cutter to cut the regular circles from a metallic purple cardstock. Mounted all of those onto a linen textured off white cardstock.

The flowers are punched with Punch Bunch Oval mini punch (from a couple of wide quilling strips in two tones of metallic mauve/purple, shaped and glued together to create the florets with stickles dots for centers.  The leaves were punched with the green shades of the metallic strips using an EK Success fern frond punch and over layering them to create a shadow effect. I then made a couple twisted pieces from the dark green paper.

The flowers are quite 3 dimensional.
