This is one of my submissions for the Vamp Stamp Magazine for the December issue with the theme of "Xmas Cards".

I've been playing with brayering inks onto embossing folders. Lots of fun.

This one starts out with white 65# cardstock and uses the Snowflakes embossing folder #37-1140. The female side of the embossing folder was brayered with Perfect Medium, cardstock place in the folder, run through the Cuttlebug, cardstock removed and then thermal embossed with a Sapphire Blue embossing powder. Then the high points were brayered with more Perfect medium and thermal embossed with a mix of clear/Queen's Gold (about a ratio of 3 to 1).

I cut the design and adhered it to my main dark blue Tantra Scrapbook Solids Textured cardstock. I sanded the portion between the embossed designs so my quote would be more visible. Rubber stamped the Snowflake quote (Quietfire design) with Versafine Black Onyx and thermal embossed with clear. Mounted all this to a white card.
