This is one of my first submissions to Vamp Stamp Magazine. The theme was "Mists & Sprays" in color or black and white. I thought I'd do one of each and needless to say this is the black and white one... BIG GRIN

I sprayed the background through some plastic window screening using a Krylon Designer color black spray onto white cardstock. Rubber stamped the image of the large flourish (Quietfire Design "Flourish set") with Versafine Black Onyx.

Ran a piece of black glossy paper through my Cuttlebug using the "Tiny Mosaic" embossing folder. Used a Martha Stewart border punch "Doily Lace" and folded it back to create the corners. Mounted the elements to a Wausau white metallic cardstock then onto a black Bazzill monochromatic cardstock.

The quote didn't fit in the width of my card - thinking cap came on - so I made a strip with rounded corners that extends off the card and rubber stamped the quote onto the white metallic cardstock and thermal embossed it with "White Gold" (almost like a silver) embossing powder.

The inside has a piece of white linen stationary and the same corners as on the front. I put another white strip on the inside to mimic the front one and then added the glossy black rectangle that I had rubber stamped the quote using a white pigment ink from Inkadinkado.
