This is another submission for the Vamp Stamp Magazine for the March 2010 issue with the theme of "Envelope Mail".

I made my own envelope from some 24# Neenah, Neutech 25% Cotton Ultra White Wove finish. This is a really nice paper for calligraphy and other uses.

Computer generated the name and address onto the envelope using Wonton font.

Masked the address section and a section for the quote. Rubber stamped the Asian background (Local King Rubber "Chinese Symbols" #09FABG001) with Versafine "Toffee" and embossed with Queen's Gold. Repeated until the whole envelope was covered. Created a negative mask to color the previous masked areas and sponged on Distress Worn Lipstick and Aged Mahogany. Then removed the mask and sponged the same colors around the edges of the envelope. Rubber stamped the quote (Quietfire Design) with the Mahogany and clear embossed it. Rubber stamped the Bamboo sprig (Inkadinkado "Asian By Design" set #98626) with Versafine Black Onyx and embossed with detail black. Added the coordinating "Year of the Tiger" stamps and put in the mail.
