It's my 1st submission for the Vamp Stamp Magazine for the May 2012 issue with the theme of "Scraps" and it made its way onto the back cover.

The quote is by Quietfire Design .

Lightly pencil in the inside and outside of the two die edges (Spellbinders Label 21). Place Sookwang tape within these borders, but slightly over the edges. Cut up various scraps into geometrical shapes - triangles, polygons, etc. Start adhering to the tape, cutting a scrap where necessary until the whole frame is covered. Place and tape dies down over mosaic and die cut. Run through machine again with the tan mat to emboss.

On a piece of white cardstock, stamp hyacinth (Flourishes "Herllo Hyacinth #143) with Versafine Black Onyx. Place die cut frame over image until you have the frame placed pleasingly. Lightly pencil in the points to start cutting the flower. Stamp the quote with the black. Remove frame, paint flower dry and cut out from your pencil points. Place frame back over flower, having the cut part on top of the frame and adhere. Adhere to the textured green card with 3D foam dots. Adhere the scrap vertical piece, sliding it under the frame. Adhere extra large half pearls.
