This is a side fold card and the waterfall is on the inside. I recently came across the Lawn Fawn die set and video instructions. So easy... BIG GRIN 

Cut, scored and folded my white cardstock to create the side fold. 

I had the cut/embossed piece in my stash. It was created on white cardstock and high points hit with Distress brown. I layered a piece of teal cardstock underneath and the to front of card. Stamped the "JOY" using Stampendous "Vintage Uppercase" stamp set, inked with Versafine "Toffee" and embossed with Queen's Gold" embossing powder.. Shadowed it with a white gel pen.

I used stamped images and colored with Prisma colored pencils. Die cut with Elizabeth Craft Designs "Stitched Ovals" or "Stitched Circles" then matted to green, red or patterned backgrounds. Adhered to waterfall. Added stamped sentiments, embossing with the Queen's Gold and cutting into strips with a picot edge. On the last page, stamped "Happy New Year" using the Vintage alphabet set and inking with both a blue and a green pad (a distressed look...).

I wrote out the quote, scanned it and resized it than printed it out. Matted to green cardstock than to inside of card.

The diagram is the basic structure. 

From a basic 12"w cardstock you can place a 3.5"w image by whatever height you want. This one will hold 4 flaps.

Score every 1/2" and fold backwards and front wards to get the cardstock to be supple.

Score those little tabs. They are the only thing holding the waterfall onto your card.

My waterfall is larger so I spliced cardstocks together.
