ID: Mar/19 - Oriental Tea Pot - ECD Friends - A Cu Of Tea" card
size: 5"w x 7"H

Created: March 5, 2019

I came across the Oriental tea pot/cups and knew I had to do something with it...

I'm using a die "Friends"  from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design  HERE

I'm also using a quote and sentiment stamp from Quietfire Design ("Tea" 7pce set); (Find Yourself a Cup..."); ("If You Can't Say..." 4pce set)

Scored and folded my mint green cardstock to create the side fold card.

Dry embossed white cardstock using the Cuttlebug "Asian Bundle - Kimiko" embossing folder. Colored the lady with my little daubers and Distress pads. Randomly stenciled the background using Memory Box "Diamond" stencil and various brown Distress pads. Adhered to card front.

Electronically cut the teapot/cups from white cardstock. Colored with Distress pads, then ran through my embossing machine using Cuttlebug "Swiss Dots" embossing folder. Hit the high points with the same pads.

Stamped the sentiment using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

On the inside:

Die cut a bunch of leafy branches (Rubbernecker "Flower #6") from both an alcohol decorated paper and green cardstock.

Die cut the Adirondack Chairs (Rubbernecker "Beach Chairs") from a cream toned cardstock.

Stamped the quotes using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Assembled and adhered the bits and pieces.

On the left; die cut the "Friends" from a light blue cardstock, inked with a blue pad and embossed with Emerald Creek "Turquoise Shimmer" embossing powder. Adhered to a piece of white cardstock, sponged edges with some brown and adhered to inside of card.
