size: 5"w x 7"H (easel closed)

Modified:

I've been meaning to do an espresso pot type of card for ages...  I finally got around to drawing the pot and cutting a bunch with my electronic cutter, then drawing the delineating lines and coloring.

I'm using one of the newest die "Happy Birthday" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm using a couple of Suzanne's newer rubber stamp sets that I love available on Quietfire Design

("But First Coffee..." 8pce set); ("Tea & Thee..." 7pce set)

Scored and folded my cream toned cardstock to create the easel structure. Cut a piece same size as card, embossed with Elizabeth Craft Designs "Coffee Bean" embossing folder. Direct to paper with Distress "Brushed Corduroy" then with "Ground Espresso" then adhered to front.

As mentioned above, drew the espresso pot, cut with my electronic cutter, added the delineating lines and colored with Prisma colored pencils. Adhered to front. Drew the coffee cup and stem swirl, fussy cut and colored with Distress brown pad for the cup and inked with Versamark and embossed with Emerald Creek "Soft Fallen Snow" embossing powder. Assembled and adhered to card front. Stamped the "But First Coffee" using Versafine Black Onyx on cream toned cardstock, clear embossed cut to fit cup and adhered to cup.

On the floor:

Stamped the tea/coffee ring using a couple different brown Distress pads.

Die cut the "Happy Birthday" from an alcohol background I made recently which I ABSOLUTELY love (see pic below). Then cut a cream toned then a black shadow layer. Adhered all three together then adhered to floor.

Stamped the "Life Happens" using the black and clear embossed on cream toned cardstock. Die cut with Spellbinders circle die set and adhered partially to floor to act as m stopper.

Applied The inks and some Alcohol Blending solution to my felt tool then pressed and twisted the tool onto my photo paper. After doing this to the whole paper, leaving some white areas,  started bouncing the tool lightly in some areas.

I love the result I got from the twisting motion.
