ID: MC Nov/18 - Easel Adorments - ECD Best Wishes - All Good Wishes card
size: 7"w x 5"H (Easel closed)

Created: November 17, 2018

I thought I'd pull out some of my Xmas Penny Black stamps and play...

I'm using an A Way With Words dies  "Best Wishes" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm also using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design

("Christmas Sweet And Sassy - All Good Wishes" 6pce set)

Scored and folded my red textured cardstock to create the easel structure. Cut another piece same size and adhered to front.

Stamped the Xmas ornaments (Penny Black "Adornments") using my Tim's Stampin' Platform, Distress Oxide pads on white cardstock. moved the color around using a waterbrush. Created a mask for the balls and stamped the pine sprigs (Penny Black "Nature's Gift") inking with the oxides and rolling the stamp. Adhered this layer to a green texture cardstock and used my layering ruler to trim to a 3/16" border. Adhered all this to the front of card.

Die cut the "Best Wishes" from a dollar store red metallic cardstock and adhered to front.

On the floor: stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed on white cardstock. Die cut using Elizabeth Craft Designs "Stitched Circles" set and then cut one from the green textured cardstock. Adhered both layers together. Stamped one of the above ornaments and fussy cut the hanging piece and adhered to my quote ornament.

Stamped the holly leaves (Penny Black "Holly Sprig") using the Oxides and fussy cut, then cut the leaves apart and reassembled the way I needed them, then adhered the quote ornament with 3D foam tape to act as my stopper.
