I thought I'd make something cute for Xmas to hold cookies...

I'm using an A Way With Words dies  "Gable Box" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE 

Ran through with Elizabeth Craft Designs "Sea Glass" embossing folder. Inked with Distress pads in various colors.

Die cut the gingerbread people (Elizabeth Craft Designs) from cream cardstock and inked with Distress browns. Used Liquid Pearls "White Opal" like icing... adding some red for the mouth and buttons.

Fussy cut a door, adhering the drop out heart from the Gable Box die cut. Added a black rhinestone for a door handle.

On either side I fussy cut a little window adding some gold Peel Off Holly leaves (Elizabeth Craft Designs) filled with glitter.

Final touch added a narrow burgundy ribbon to hold the box closed.
