I recently acquired a bunch of Carabelle Studio stamps. The one I used was called "Dance Avec Les Plumes". It's a humungous background stamp measuring approx 8"w x 9"h. I hadn't realized it was so big so I cut the feathers apart to be more usable...

I'm using a couple of an A Way With Words dies "Just" and "Soar"  from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE and HERE

As well as quote stamp from the "Happy Birthday Collection" 8pce clear stamp set from Elizabeth Craft Designs also available on Quietfire Design and HERE

On white cardstock, stamped the large feather using Distress pads. Stamped the border with various shafts from the feather  stamps in a dark brown. Sponged blues and browns around the edges, then used Tim's distressing tool and hit the edges direct to paper with the brown pad.

Die cut several feathers (Spellbinder's "Peacock Feathers"), inked them with the Distress pads and adhered one to the front.

Added beads to the shafts of a few real feathers, then adhered them to the card front.

Tied knots in some string and attached a feather charm. Adhered to card.

Stamped the quote using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

On the floor: Stamped more of the shafts as a border using Distress Picket Fence and embossing with white embossing powder.

Die cut the "Just" from gold mirror cardstock and the "Soar" from a blue metallic cardstock. adhered to floor

Partially adhered 2 more of the Spellbinder feathers to the floor to act as my stopper.

Adhered the last of the feathers to the left corner.

Adhered some mid sized buttons.
