And another good quilling session last week...

One of the NEWEST "A Way With Words" dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs ("4 Seasons" 4pce die set) available in the near future, designed by Suzanne Cannon (also available HERE). 

I'm also using one of the Nature Quote Marks on the front and a sentiment stamp on the inside from Quietfire Design  

("Nature Quote Marks" 7 pce set); ("Happy Birthday Plain and Simple" 7 pce set); 

Inked up my embossing folder (Marianne Design) using Distress pad "Twisted Citron", ran my white cardstock through, then trimmed down. Used the die from the set to die cut the center area, then adhered it all to a piece of burgundy cardstock, then onto the front of the card.

Die cut the word "Summer", inked with "Victorian Velvet" and embossed with pearlescent embossing powder. Adhered to card.

Adhered my quilled elements and a bunch of greenery from my stash cut from color Burst colored cardstock.

Added the multi looped bow I also created a while back which includes some wire thread coils.

Stamped the quote onto white cardstock using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed. Die cut with Spellbinders circle die set, sponged the edges with the Velvet pad and adhered off the edge of the card.

On the inside: stamped the sentiment with the black, clear embossed.

Created an eCut file to cut the flower sprig (Power Poppy Azalea), stamped with the black and painted with QoR watercolors.
