I recently did an accordion swing card with four panels which you can see HERE, and decided to do one with hearts... Valentine's being around the corner - BIG GRIN.

I'm using the Happy Birthday from the "Happy Family Days" set from Quietfire Design as well as the "Valentine's Day love Set 2013"

I designed the card, scanned and cut all the components with my electronic cutter.

The front of the panels were embossed using Spellbinders Music embossing folder from white cardstock, sponged with Distress Frayed Burlap, lightly all over and then more heavily over the music scales, then all was clear embossed.

The hearts were sponged with Distress "Picked Raspberry" heavily where the drop out pieces are and lightly over the rest, then the drop out pieces were removed and clear embossed and but back in to the design giving a nice contrast.

The flourish heart is a Quietfire Design stamp which I created a silhouette image of to cut with my electronic cutter, then stamped the cut out with Versafine Black Onyx, then colored with Prisma colored pencils.

The key is a Sizzix Tim's Movers & Shapers die cut from white cardstock, inked with the black and embossed with JudiKins "Rustique Tin Can" embossing powder.

The butterfly is a new acquisition (Stampendous "Jumbo Butterfly Trio") which I was trying my new embossing powder on. I stamped it with the black, embossed with Pearl Lustre Pearl White, painted with another new acquisition US ArtQuest Pastelle Mica water colors, then hand cut.

Cut the quote stamp apart, then stamped it and the sentiment with the black.

On the front I cut a heart from white pearlescent paper (Paper Roots stash). Stamped the sentiment with the black and clear embossed. adhered my quilled pieces and then added bits and pieces from die cut foliage.
