This is such a nice eCut frame from Quietfire Design available on the Silhouette onLine store

I'm using a Xmas quote stamps from Quietfire Design

I side folded my deep blue cardstock. Embossed the front (Sizzix "Snowflake" set).

eCut the snowflake frame at 4"dia on 110# white cardstock. Sponged Distress "Tumbled Glass" all over the some "Tattered Rose". Dried. Stamped the quote using Veresamark and embossed with silver embossing powder.

Applied white glue on the snowflake edge and sprinkled with Stampendous "Crystal Snow" glitter. Adhered frame to card front.

eCut the snowflake, inked with the Versamark and embossed with "Rainbow Sparkle" embossing powder. Adhered to card front with a 3D foam tape and added a pearl heart.
