I was in a mood to do a black fancy die cut...

I'm also using a  quote stamp from Quietfire Design

I embossed my white background (Cuttlebug "Musical Flourish") sideways, embossing twice to get the length I needed.

Die cut the large oval (Marianne designs) from black cardstock, lightly hit the high points with Metallic Rub Ons in a pink and a gold tone.

Die cut the smaller  oval (same Marianne Design set) from a textured off white cardstock and lightly hit it with my pink finger. Stamped the quote with Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossed.

Adhered both elements together and  to my background, inserting the white/black ribbon cord and anchoring it to the back, then adhering this to my card front. Adhered the leaf ribbon.

Stamped the flowers (Penny Black) on white cardstock and colored with Derwent Inktense watercolors and a water brush. Dried and cut out, adhering to my ovals.

Die cut the butterfly (eCraft Designs), the body from black cardstock and the wings from white. Sponged some red pad on the white, then applied Perfect Medium and embossed with Stamp n Bond, heated to activate and then sprinkled Stickles Fine Glitter "Star Dust" and reheated to set.

As a final touch added the various colors of gems.
