There's a sketch on one of the challenges that was graphic enough to do in a masking style... I'm definitely not a sketch person, but this one spoke to me...

I'm using a quote stamp sets from Quietfire Design, . slightly altered (I moved the author's name)

I used Tim's masking material and cut all the elements of the sketch, then just sponged and stamped everything.

Dot background is a Crafter's Workshop stencil sponging Distress "Mustard Seed", "Picked Raspberry" & "Shabby Shutters". (these are the only 3 colors I used for the whole card)

Then comes the text background (Local King Rubber "Happiness")

Next comes the stripe pattern (Impression Obsession "Wavy Lines" stamped with Versafine "Imperial Purple"

My quote was stamped with Versafine Black Onyx.

I added a die cut bird on branch (Memory Box LR0138) that was on my desk. Adding some Glitter Ritz micro fine glitter  "Cool Highlights" to the bird.
