I seem to be in a mixed media frame of mind recently... Beats me why.

 Using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design .

And in that cleaning phase came up with a honeycomb stencil I had made quite a while ago...

Lay the stencil down on white cardstock and swiped Distress Stains across it, lifted off the stencil and misted the paper a bit. Dried. Lay stencil back down and stamped the background stamp (Darcie's) through the stencil using Versafine Black Onyx. Then using a large Catalyst wedge swiped gesso (Utrecht brand - very thick) through the stencil. Removed stencil and allowed to dry. Trimmed down.

Side folded my cream card, adhered a red cardstock edge to edge. Then an offset yellow cardstock, then offset my background piece.

Stamped the quote using the black on yellow toned vellum and clear embossed. Die cut with Marianne Designs scroll frame. Die cut one from white paper as well and layered the two together, just slightly off set then adhered to card.

Checked my die cut bins and came up with all these pieces, some I colored a bit more... Added a piece of Tim's ribbon and some half pearls to the flower center.
