I got a new stamp set yesterday and love it - Stampendous Daisy Stem Trio - so had to use it.

I'm using part of a quote stamp from Quietfire Design

The Happy Birthday banner is a freebie on Aud Sentiments challenge blog from TLC. Not sure how long the digi will be available but HERE's the link.

I scored & folded to make a side fold card. Used the mini daisy background stamp from the Daisy set to create the background on the card. Stamping with Perfect Medium and embossing with white embossing powder, did a row of vertical backgrounds on the top and bottom of card, then did a center row using the stamp horizontally.

The vase is a Spellbinders Classic Heart die with the bottom point cut off so the vase could stand... Stamped the daisy (from Daisy set) with Versafine Black Onyx on white cardstock, clear embossed. Put a thick layer of Distress Rock Candy crackle medium and left to dry. Sponged some Distress Mustard Seed into the cracks and wiped off the excess.

Created a silhouette stamp and cut out with my electronic cutter - cut 2 of them. Stamped with the black and painted with watercolors. Added little dots of black Enamel Accents in the flower heads. Cut off a couple stems and arranged them in the vase adhering with 3D foam stickers. Adhered the vase with the foam stickers too.

Stamped the "my friend" with the black. Printed out the digi image (freebie TLC) and cut close to the edges. Sprayed with Perfect Pearls "Perfect Pearls" mist. Adhered with foam squares so that it stands away from the card.

Punched out the butterfly (EK Success butterfly layer punch #54-90006) from white cardstock, put a layer of white glue and sprinkled with Stampendous "Crystal Snow". Added a small black rhinestone for the body.

Inside of Card: Stamped the quote and daisies using Versafine Clair "Twilight" and clear embossed. Colored the daisies with Prisma colored pencils.
