I use this sentiment stamp a lot and just love the way it fits my style of card making. It's from Quietfire Design

I used this punch technique before to make a frame, but using the EK Success photo corner punch Wrought Iron, so this time I wanted to try a different photo corner punch (Bubbles). Love the way it turned out.

I first used Distress stamp pads, direct to paper, Broken China, Faded Jeans & Peeled Paint, then punched the frame. The white areas are little pieces I cut away that would normally be where the corner of the photo would slip in. It's not necessary, but I wanted a bit of contrast.

I then did another piece of white cardstock, this time with Tumbled Glass, and Broken China. Stamped my heron (Old Island Rubber Stamp #211F) with Versafine Black Onyx and a touch of Moss Green. Stamped it again, but only the grasses and water section. I then masked the bird body and stamped the Bullrushes (Onyx Xpression "Cat o Nine Tails #TR-4214). Layered it all onto a white main card. As a final touch I painted the bird with a coat of Winsor & Newton Iridescent Medium. (hard to see in the pic above)
