I have to admit, tent cards are not my favorite card structure. This is the first one I've ever made. I'll make another one, and and see if I still don't like making it...

I started by rubber stamping the fairy image (Sweet Pea - ching-chou kuik's Red Hearts) using Versafine Black Onyx and clear embossing it, then coloring with Prisma colors. Die cut the oval with a Spellbinders Oval set. Added Quickie glue in the wings and Ritz Glitter micro fine cool highlights, and Glossy Accents in the circle behind her head. Sponged Distress stamp pads Mustard Yellow & Barn Red on the background.

Created my folded card from 2 pieces of cardstock since my card is 7"h. Dry embossed the floral design using a Sizzix Flowers/Spring/Paisley set #655836. Sponged the Red Barn on the high points and clear embossed it. Die cut the oval. Attached my red faux stitched ribbon to the back and tied a bow and adhered it separately with a glue dot. Rubber stamped the words sentiment (Quietfire Design) with Distress Faded Jeans and clear embossed. Die cut the Fancy Tag, trimmed my sentiment piece to fit and adhered the ends of the tag to the back of the sentiment, then wrapped one end to the ribbon and adhered the other end to the card.

Did some faux stitching around the oval in red ink. Adhered 3 buttons. and attached a silver leaf bail to hang my metal heart charm.

Adhered a piece of dark blue cardstock to the inside and adhered my Fairy to that.
