I just got a bunch more of Tim's Sizzix dies, so thought I'd cut out a piece of chipboard and use the "Ornate" Movers & Shapers die. I then cut the card - a burgundy on one side and beige on the other, with the same die, folded and put in the die just slightly before the other cutting edge. Rubber stamped the lace (Donna Salazar "Lacey Goodness" #DS-1084) with Brilliance white and embossed with white. Sponged Distress Walnut Stain and Aged Mahogany. Rubber stamped the Asian characters (Onyx Xpressions "BD Kanji V #OA-8202) with Staz On black. Rubber stamped the Flower & Bowl (Another Stamp Co "Ikebana" #CA164N) on a separate piece of white cardstock with Versafine Black Onyx, clear embossed, colored with Prisma colors and cut out. Rubber stamped the image again on the Chipboard, then adhered my cut out design. Rubber stamped the quote "You are never too old..." (Quietfire Design) with the Staz On and embossed with black. Adhered two buttons (shanks removed) |
