So I cut the faucet and water drop from
white cardstock, colored the handle with silver pigment ink and
embossed with a mix of silver/clear/gold. colored the faucet part
with Versafine black and embossed with midnight black. colored the
water droplet with some Habernero and Vintage Sepia, clear embossed
it and when adhered to the card added a thick layer of Glossy
Accents.
The brick wall is a background stamp by
Starving ArtiStamps. Stamped with Distress Fired Brick and embossed
with Distress embossing powders (Antique Linen, Aged Mahogany, Dried
Marigold), brushed off the loose particles to bring out the texture.
I found that stamping on the Distress
powders is not easy, so I sanded the area I wanted to stamp and that
worked like a charm. Stamped the quote (Quietfire
Design) with the black.
Cut out some grassy shapes and adhered
the to the bottom under the water droplet, then added some white
flowers and put red half pearls in the centers.
Cut the butterfly (it's the same one as
the other day but cut a lot smaller) with my Cricut from some pale
pink iris Shimmer Sheetz (available thru
ecraftdesigns.com). Adhered some
floral stamen for antennae and added 3 mini pale yellow rhinestones.
