Over on Flourishes Tuesday Challenge the #69 theme is create a 1 layer card (embellishments allowed). A lot of people seem to have problems with that. There are so many faux techniques to create visual layers.

I create and cut with my Cricut, several graduating ovals that fit my quote (Quietfire Design). I then used them to sponge every color of Green Distress pads there are with a bit of Mustard Seed. Kept the mask on the ovals and spritzed water on the rest, dried it thoro(Flourishes Autumn Leaves Set #38) using versafine Olympia Green and clear embossing it.

I tied a big bow with this by the yard gauze/daisy pattern ribbon. I then glued it to the card.

Well this is one of the shortest descriptions I've done in a long time.
