Tri fold card "SC BD 07"
|
I used white Stonehenge cardstock which has a nice softness for embossing. The macramé is done with cotton cord in aqua, pink & purple in the shape of an "S" and mounted on a hanging rod (Life's Journey metal art). The rest of Suzanne's name is dry embossed using a funky alphabet template and then shadow outlined with a black micron pen so the letters stand out a bit more. I used the "Scor-it" to make a frame border for the macramé. The right edge has the natural deckle edge from the cardstock.
Sorry for the quality of the images but it's not easy scanning or photographing white on white embossed images. |
Inside flap |
The image above is heavily enhanced to show the embossed letters. I used the "Score -it" again to create a frame work for the words words: You're #1 in my book |
Back of front, inside card & back of flap I used a beautiful scrapbook paper of roses and butterflies which I cut to fit within the negative section of the scored borders. I used various brass stencils for the teacups and the lettering. The teacups are the same as the ones I used in the Accordion mingles last year. Top words: Happy Birth Day Bottom words: Come have a cup of tea with me.

Again the image above is heavily enhanced to show the embossed details. |
