I used 3.5 toilet rolls... Squished the toilet roll flat and cut at 1/2" increments. Painted the large ones with silver acrylic paint, both sides. Adhered together at the center point.

Cut the next 3 strips in half at both ends, painted them gold. Adhere inside the silver loops.

Continue cutting the loops in half at both ends and painting in copper for the outside loop design.

I punched a small hole in my top loop and strung my cord adding a bead in the loop.
