Again two versions of the same words. Whereas one is a simpler version of just the basic outline shapes the other has a lot more character with the pen work in each letter and the variation of lettering styles. Both are acceptable, but just in different circumstances.

Congratulations done in two versions. The one below is just the contrast of the thick and thin sections and the black and white. The one at left is basically the same as below with the added Silver Gel pen dots.
