January 7, 2022 I love decorating envelopes and decided to join in this exchange |

Ultramarine and Sea Green Brusho powder then wrote in the name with a 6.0 (first name) & 2.4 (last name) Parallel pen and
water in Ben Shahn style lettering as taught by Cora Pearl by
ECS. Dried, graphite shading. Calla Lilies painted with Derwent Inktense watercolor pencils. Bordered with a colored pencil. Adhered to regular envelope. |
ID: Bev Duke (Mar 2022) On Strathmore 400 Series Calligraphy pape wrote out the name with a Nikko G nib and deAtramentis Pearlescent Cyan-Blue/Copper ink. Flourishes with Holbien gouache. Card was created during the Creative Retreat Live 2022 Which you can see HERE |

ID: Leslie Cropper (February 2022) After taking another class with Gemma Black "Adolf Bernd style" thought I'd practice... I used only combintions of 2 colors: Winsor & Newton Permanent Crimson and Winsor Blue. Amazing how many variations one can get... The card is from the summer's week long 100 teachers event. |
ID: Barbara Mitchell (Jan 2022) Just took a ZOOM class with Jacqueline Sullivan hosted by the Edmonton Calligraphy Society, so thought I'd use what I created during class... I LOVE Liesbeth Boudons style of lettering. I sprinkled my paper with Bister powders (red, yellow, blue and brown) and then with a Parallel pen and water wrote out the name. It looks so much like prehistoric type lettering hence the use of a dinosaur stamp... The card was an alcohol piece I did a while back. |
