I used Arches Text Wove and did a variation of the Radiant Batik from Julia Andrus's book Paper Transformed.

I recently bought some gorgeous clear rubber stamp sets by Inkadinkado. They're all based on flourishes incorporating whatever theme for that set, like autumn, or Halloween or Xmas etc. I really love them and have been using them a lot. For this envelope I used the Halloween set. I masked off the address area, then rubber stamped all over the envelope with Perfect Medium ( any clear pigment based stamp pad will work) and clear embossed it. I then sprayed it with various combinations of colors mixed with water and Perfect Pearls - Magic Color Cobalt Blue & Violet with PP Blue Smoke;  Golden Fluid Acrylic Iridescent Bright Gold with PP Sunflower Yellow. Dried it well and then used an iron on dry setting between sheets of clean newsprint to remove the clear embossing.

I used a ruling pen to outline the border of the address block with Dr Martin's Amethyst mixed with FW Acrylic Purple Lake. Used a Purple Sakura Metallic Gel Pen for the name and address.

Then used one of the stamps again with Versafine Onyx Black stamp pad to add a bit more dimension to the envelope. And added a few Peel Offs gold stars.
