I used a cream toned single Folio paper from Columbia Mills as the main envelope. I had made some alcohol backgrounds done on a white Pearlized 80# text weight paper (it's gorgeous paper) and decided to use two of them for this envelope. I put double sided tape on the mottled background and used my Cuttlebug and Sizzix alphabet set to punch out "Fran", then attached it to the streaked alcohol background paper. The leaves and lily pads are part of the postage booklet that came with the stamp. So I cut around the edges to make it fit my envie. It also had it's own adhesive on the back. I wrote in the address with Maimeri's Deep Gold Gouache mixed with a bit of Lumiere Metallic Rust and used a quill nib, then shadow outlined it with a black micron pen. Rubber stamped the dragonfly (Old Island Rubber stamps) with gold stamp pad and Queen's Gold embossing powder.
