Sprinkled Bister powders on Fabriano 1264 Mixed Media paper and using a relatively large round brush created the bloom shapes. When dry added outline elements using a Juice Up pen. Created the black area with a Sharpie pen and then wrote the quote using a white Juice Up pen.
