Bubbles - You Fail To Pop Them

Our guild is doing a full color journal, where each page will be a specific color. I decided to go with bluish/green.

I love Haiku...

You fail to pop them
my bubbles float to freedom
I laugh with pure joy.

I created the background on glossy cardstock with acrylics and a stencil shift technique.

Sponged on Folk Art "Lime Yellow", then started blending with a sponge Ceramcoat Delta "Laguana", then some "Prussian Blue", till got what I liked...

Placed a stencil (Dylusions "Holes Small") and sponged Ceramcoat Delta "Blue Mist", moving the stencil and repeating till I had bubbles all over. Shifted the stencil and sponged the Prussian Blue". In the center area, I just sponged the Blue watered down to give a ghost type image.

Wrote my quote using Copic White Opaque ink mixed 50/50 with distilled water. Loaded my 2.4mm Parallel pen with the white and side loaded with Golden Liquid Acrylics  "Indigo"), then shadow outlined the letters with a Zig Writer blue marker.
