I'm taking an online Zoom class with Julie Wildman "Variations of Akim"

1st day was the basic alphabet and numbers. Our homework was to create ligature variations of all the alphabet - minus few that are not conducive to that...

I'm sure there are a lot that either don't really work or could use some major adjustments... Eventually (my famous words)

on Michael's black cardstock, using Bleed Proof white and a Dreaming Dogs "Little Lie" ruling pen, wrote out my words. Added color with Faber Castell Pitt Pastel pencils and blended with my finger tip. I love the vibrancy of the pastels on the black against the white writing. Have to do more of this...

On basic black cardstock and using the Haff 629 ruling pen and Bleed Proof white ink wrote out my words. Used both Pitt Pastels and Stabilo pastels.

Trimmed down and adhered to a top fold white cardbase.
