ATC Rainbow Colors "Green": | ||
I used various rubber stamp alphabets to stamp the green
words using Brilliance white on green cardstock. I attached it to
another green cardstock and added fibers and a green shamrock (hidden
within the fibers)
Words: "Vert", "Pine", "Olive", "Thyme", "Sage" & "Green" |
White arches HP 140 paper. I created boxes to encase the
letters and images. I painted it with twinkles H2o in all the shades of
green I have. Some letters or boxes were outlined either using a green
gel pen or a green Nexus pen. I glued a line of holeless gold beads with
Golden's soft gel medium. The four leaf shamrock (for good luck), the ginkgo
leaf and the fern leaf I 3D'd with Ranger's glossy accents (I
guess it reacted to the twinkles because all three of them crackled).
The ivy leaves I left plain. The 2 S's in the word "moss"
(bottom right hand side) are glittered. I added a red
pimento in the "O" in "Olive" and a clear rhinestone
for the dot of the 'i' in Lime.
The words are "Green", "Olive", "Fern", "Vert", "Lime", & "Moss" |
White arches HP 140 paper. Again I created boxes to encase
the letters and images. For each green word I created an image to correspond
to the word. I used a green gel pen or a green Nexus pen to outline the
letters. Everything else is colored pencils.
It looks like this ATC would fit very nicely in Suzanne's 3's category. (3 open block lettered words, 3 monoline type lettered words, and 2 fruit/2veg/2herbs) The words are "Apple", "Lime", "Pea", "Olive"< "Sage"< & "Mint" |
I used green velvet paper mounted on a green cardstock. The dragonfly is a hand cut stencil and I used "Dreamweaver" paste and added glitter in various shades of green, a touch of pink and copper for the body. I added two brads, a bronze dragonfly and a green flower. I used one of my rubber stamp alphabets for the word green which I impressed into the velvet with a hot iron. | White mat board. I used a window stencil by
Dreamweaver and a very thick white gesso and only put the gesso in parts
of the windows. When dry I used acrylic paints in tan colors to get a
stucco look. I blended the colors onto the mat board. I hand cut a
lizard stencil and did a double layer of the gesso, getting a good thick
image. I painted it with twinkles in green's. I added 2 amber
rhinestones for the eyes. I added the words using some lettreset I had
from eons ago.
The words: "Lizard, Lizard on the wall; whose the fairest of them all" (couldn't resist these words, a take on mirror mirror) ("whose" is poetic license) |
I used green velvet paper mounted on a green cardstock. I hand cut the bamboo stencil and hand carved a rubber stamp with the Asian word for serenity. I again used Dreamweaver paste and green glitter for the bamboo. The rubber stamp I impressed into the velvet with a hot iron, then printed the word serenity with a green nexus pen. |
