ID: Sculpey - Came A Time
Date: May 2006

 Using a piece of white sculpey.  I impressed a floral background rubber stamp (Prairie Rubber Stamp)  into it. Baked it. Painted it with Twinkles H2o's and sanded it.  I then wrote my words with a Zig marker onto a piece of vellum which I tacked onto the sculpey.  I put several coats of clear embossing powder.  I glued it to a piece of mat board which I painted a matching color.
